This month has been really great for me, as I’m beginning to finish up school and get ready for summer! With this, I’ve been using a lot of gold tone, and bronze shades to keep my makeup looking fresh and glow-y! The products below are some of the ones I’ve been enjoying the most to achieve this look!
Pur x Boxycharm Eyeshadow Palette: $18.00 (Originally $34.00)
I love most of the Pur products I’ve tried. I tend to use this palette more so in the summer because of the peachy shades and bright colors. They are a little powder-y, but are blendable and highly pigmented! My favorite shades are the two in the middle of the top row, all the shades in the middle, and the brown shade on the bottom left. You can create really versatile looks because of the bright colors and mix of neutrals. I recommend you buy this palette, especially because it’s discounted at the moment!
Becca definitely has the best highlighters that are the easiest to use. They are extremely blinding, and very buttery. I shattered mine, but was able to repair it with rubbing alcohol. ‘Prosecco pop’ is a beautiful gold that would look great on fair to medium skin tones. Becca also has other shades if you are looking for something darker, or in a different tone.
Benefit Gold Rush Blush: $30.00
Because I’ve been really into warmer makeup and looking tan, I’ve been using more bronzer and less blush. This one from Benefit is the perfect peachy pink shade with gold flakes. I put it across my cheeks and also over the bridge of my nose, since that is where the sun hits when you’re laying out tanning! This is only a travel size, but I think I will definitely buy the full size version of it.
This month I didn’t have a ton of products to share, but I hope you enjoyed reading about what I did decide to feature in this post. Let me know in the comments what your favorite products were for the month of April. Don’t forget to follow my blog for more beauty insight!
