Part of my new mission since realigning my priorities when it comes to beauty is focusing on going through the makeup products I have now. With this, I also have shifted to looking more at my skincare routine, and ensuring I’m using the best products. I attribute a lot of this to completing my Accutane cycle. I have a new found appreciation for natural makeup, and really letting my skin breathe as much as possible. Sephora had their usual spring sale, so I decided to take full advantage of that, and stock up on some skin products I’ve been researching for a while. Let me know if you would like a review of anything included.
Belief The True Cream Aqua Bomb (Value Size): $62.00
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (2 oz): $12.20
Benefit Porefessional Primer Value Set: $32.00
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray (Standard Size): $33.00
Milk Makeup Lip & Cheek in ‘Werk’: $28.00
Milk Makeup Highlighter Mini in ‘Turnt’: $15.00
I find that this is the time to stock up on products that are a little bit more expensive, or maybe splurge on the value size. For me, the moisturizer and setting spray were something that I might not normally have bought in that size, but it felt like an okay time for me to treat myself. I’m really pleased that Sephora now offers a “Clean Beauty” section to search. I’ve made it a goal of mine to include more products that align with better beauty standards. If you have any suggestions for products you love that are more clean, please let me know in the comments section!
